2010 Rates & Cabin Information
There is an additional charge per person (over 12 years old) in excess of the number shown. The charge is $20 a day or $100 per week. Applicable 6.875 state sales tax and 5% Resort service fee are not included in rates.

This schedule is necessary to allow us time to prepare the cabins for incoming guests. Please make every effort to observe these time schedules.
DEPOSIT
$150 deposit per cabin per week is required withing 10 days of booking to hold reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit (less $50 office charge) will be refunded, if we can fill the vacancy. Your deposit is applied to the last day of your reservation. You are responsible for the duration of your reservation and for the boat, motor, and slips you have reserved.
PETS
Pets are allowed but must be leashed at all times and are picked up after. Pets must not be left unattended or loose in the cabin. You are responsible for all damages caused by your pet. Each pet is $20 day or $100 a week.
DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment and may be billed for the replacement cost of these items.
Camping Rates & Info
Camping short term - Full hook up sites $30 per day, $150 per week for up to 3 people. Each additional adult camper is $7 per night.
Firewood is available for $5 per bundle.
Our campsites have complete RV hookups (electric, water and sewer). These sites will accomodate up to 40-foot RV's. Primitive campsites are also available. We provide shower and bathroom facilities for our campers. Boats and Pontoons with motors are available but should be reserved in advance.

We have seasonal sites available. Please call for rates and site availability.
Boat and Misc Rates
All 12 housekeeping cabins are completely furnished. Modern kitchens are fully equipped with, dishes, cooking utinsels, pots, pans, toasters, microwave oven, gas stove and coffee maker. All bathrooms have showers or shower/tub combo. Bedrooms include all linens, pillows and blankets. Living rooms include cable tv and hide-a-bed. We do not furnish kitchen towels, bath towels, soap or paper towlels. Each cabin has picnic table, lawn chairs, and charcoal grill.
Cabins # 1,2,3,4,5,10 and 11 have air conditioning.
